Pizzeria Fratelli Roselli — Restaurant in Turin

Oh my god. The best burata pizza I've eaten so far in Torino.

It's a bit out of the centre yet the restaraunt is super busy even during a Wednesday lunch hour. We got to the restaraunt at noon and there were less than 4 tables free and rest were booked.

The staff was great, welcoming and happy. Very pleasant to speak with them even with my limited knowledge of Italian language. Their English is not the greatest unfortunately but ordering food you could do with hand signals as well, haha. Its just food.

We ordered two burata pizzas as I've eaten them before and I heard great things about this place. The taste was amazing. Crust/dough was just perfect for my taste, the burata with the marinara heavenly.

I recommend this restaraunt to anybody in Torino. Pricing is similiar to any other pizza restaraunt in Torino so it's not...

Ottima pizzeria ai confini tra la crocetta e borgo San Paolo; il locale, privo di barriere architettoniche, purtroppo è di modeste dimensioni: la sala interna è davvero piccola ma viene affiancata egregiamente da due dehors verandati e riscaldati che consentono un discreto numero di accessi. La pizzeria Fratelli Roselli propone un'ottima pizza napoletana dall' impasto sottilissimo, leggero ed altamente digeribile, condita in svariati modi, tutti realizzati con ingredienti di prima qualità. Oltre alla pizza il menù comprende anche altri piatti (tra cui insalate, antipasti, hamburger -anche di pollo-, l'impepata di cozze, lo gnocco fritto -qui denominato "pizzicotto"- etc...) Personalmente gradisco in modo particolare la pizza alla diavola calabrese, la Gioiellina, quella con salsiccia e friarielli e lo gnocco fritto con burrata. Il locale è noto ed apprezzato non solo per la qualità e bontà dei piatti ma anche perché notoriamente adatto ai vegani (e da questi assiduamente frequentato) dal momento che la cucina propone un'ampia scelta di piatti a loro dedicati, sia salati che dolci. Ottimi i dessert, tra i quali consiglio il tiramisù con crema chantilly, il semifreddo al pistacchio di Bronte e la crema catalana. La carta dei vini è notevole e sono molto apprezzate anche le birre artigianali, prodotte nella Val di Susa, a me piace molto la rossa da 5%vol. Il servizio si svolge su due turni, quindi al momento della prenotazione (necessaria vista la grande affluenza sia serale che diurna) gli avventori vengono informati che non potranno attardarsi al tavolo all'infinito ma avranno all'incirca un'oretta e mezza per concludere il pasto. Il parcheggio è facilmente reperibile grazie ai numerosi posti in strada ed alla vicinanza con il parcheggio gratuito ad uso promiscuo del supermercato Aldi adiacente... Il personale è competente e molto cordiale ed il servizio accurato ed abbastanza celere. I prezzi sono nella norma e comunque adeguati alla qualità dei cibi. Da provare...

I loved everything about this place. It's cute, cozy, the staff is amazing and the food omg was awesome. We had some farinata to start, it was my first time, and well I have already downloaded a recipe for it as it was amazing but the "main character" of the night was the pizza. The dough was light yet very tasty, the tomato base wasn't bland as other places, this was outstanding, that burrata was a pleasure su cut. The cherry on top of the cake was the limoncello at the end. I really really recommend to give this...
