I recently visited La Campana d’Oro in Udine, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience! The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an excellent dining experience. The star of the evening was, without a doubt, their pizza. Perfectly thin crust, rich tomato base, and high-quality toppings made every bite a delight (rxpecially the s.daniele ham). You can tell they use the freshest ingredients, and the balance of flavors is just exquisite. The service was equally remarkable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very⁹ welcome. They offered helpful suggestions and ensured our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, La Campana d’Oro is a gem in Udine. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it’s a spot you simply can’t miss. I’ll certainly be returning soon to explore more...

Lovely, cost place in Udine. You can feel traditional Italian restaurant atmosphere with all the vibes. For starters mozzarella Di buffala and prosciutto San Danielle was really good choice. Wide variety of pizzas to choose from. Pizza dough has real Italian taste and you don't feel heavy after eating whole pizza. Wine was local home wine, but really good and price was low compared to how good it was. Gnocchi gorgonzola was melting in mouth, first time tasted so good gnocchi. Recommend 100%. Few things that confused: only one person-owner talked English, after taking the order he disappeared, and we felt that we were forgotten. Everybody got olive oil for their dishes, we got it only when went to ask for it. Overall would definitely...

Mi dispiace ma non si fa così. Ordinato 2 bicchieri di vino e messo in conto 2 bottiglie perché proposte dal gestore (ma noi abbiamo bevuto solo 2 bicchieri di vino che avevamo chiesto..). Ordinato precisamente una cosa e portata un altra, ritirata ma messa in conto. Abbiamo preso solo 4 portate complessive (2 antipasti di pesce, un primo e un secondo) a contorno un piattino di melanzane, 2 bicchieri di vino, acqua e caffè e pagato un conto esagerato per una pizzeria...150€..La simpatia è una cosa, fare i furbi è un'altra...e ovviamente le persone non sono stupide... Un classico di certi atteggiamenti e di chi vuole approfittare. Sicuramente un cliente perso anzi più di uno. Saluti.

Aggiungo una considerazione riguardo alla vostra risposta qui di seguito: è assurdo pensare che il cliente ordina 2 bicchieri di vino e senza essere chiari e senza dire nulla, come invece avete fatto molto velocemente nella vostra risposta qui sotto, portate le bottiglie e le fate pagare senza verificare che non sono state nemmeno toccate. Potevate dirci che voi non proponete vino in mescita e solo a bottiglia e dunque dovevate presentarne anche il costo, visto che noi non le avevamo richieste. Inoltre visto che lavorate da 27 anni dovreste conoscere la professionalità e la chiarezza. E sono sicuro che la conoscete, e infatti, in questa occasione avete voluto fare i furbetti...e ciò che avete detto lo testimonia....perché noi avevamo ordinato solo 2 bicchieri e non ci avete detto nulla a riguardo, così come è ingiusto mettere in conto una portata che per vostra iniziativa avete voluto portare lo stesso (nonostante avessimo detto chiaramente che un certo tipo di elemento non doveva esserci) e che abbiamo ovviamente rifiutato. Quindi purtroppo mi dispiace ma il vostro comportamento non è scusabile, ed è stato fatto in maniera voluta... Avete voluto approfittare ed esagerare, così...
