Understaffed. Slow. Cold food.

The waiter and waitress were pleasant but mostly absent. Probably not enough staff to cope with the number of tables and customers during the brief peak and I expect the same is true in the kitchen, hence slow service and cold food.

The quality and flavour of the burgers was good but very cold and the onion rings were the same ones I have from Lidl in the freezer at home, except mine are hot when I cook them. We decided to eat the cold food anyway as we'd waited about 40 minutes and the staff were nowhere to be seen.

When the waitress reappeared half way through our meal to check it was ok, we told her it was cold. She offered to have it heated "in 5 minutes", but we declined as we didn't really want reheated food.

At just over €70 for 3 burgers and some drinks, I expect much better.

With better management and more staff this could be a decent burger joint. But, till then,...

A restaurant that serves burgers in Italy? Can it be done?

The answer is: yes and no.

We ordered two burgers and a beer. The burgers were quite pricey (16,5€ each, the order includes a local version of French fries).

First, the good things: the ingredients were of good quality and fresh. The food looked tasty and was cooked well.

Now, the bad things: the burger was too tall, you had to use fork and knife to eat it. That alone would not be a big problem. The two biggest issues are the following: not enough spices on meat and onions and no sauces whatsoever. Those things make a burger but they weren't there! It made the burgers taste bland and uninteresting. It would be very easy to solve this issue and then you would have a really great burger, but, unfortunately, it wasn't the case.

Mi sono fermato a cena con mio figlio, bimbo di 3 anni. Cibo nella media, ma occhio a quando andate alla cassa che tutto corrisponda a ciò che avete consumato. La ragazza che serviva molto gentile, ma credo abbia preso male l'ordine. La recensione non è indirizzata a lei, ma a quello che credo sia il titolare o responsabile (signore con gli occhiali calvo) che poteva impegarsi di più quando sono andato a chiedere se fosse tutto corretto nello scontrino. Questo è ciò che era indicato sul menù: solo panino €13,50. Panino + patatine €16,50. Solo patatine €5,00. Ho ordinato un panino con cotoletta dal menù bimbi e un panino con patatine a €16,50 (le patatine da dividere con mio figlio) + 1 acqua. Arrivato alla cassa il conto non tornava, ho chiesto se fosse corretto così e soprattutto se il prezzo del panino per il bimbo fosse corretto (€11,00 per del pane bianco con una fetta di pollo dentro, niente pomodoro, insalata o altro, vedi foto). Mi sono stati resi €3 in moneta perché - da quanto ha notato il signore alla cassa - avevo pagato una patatina in più nel menù del bimbo. Non mi ero soffermato prima sulle voci dello scontrino perché ero impegnato col piccolo, ma ho notato solo dopo che di patatine ne avevo pagate tre: due nei panini e una a parte a 5 euro! Allego...
