Pizzeria La Rotonda — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

It is the second time, I am finding out where the pizza 5* cook is moving to. Since 8 years I am following them and I dont care where they are, I want to eat the best pizza and for that I drive in this region to enjoy pizza made with love, passion and joy and not followed by the attitude to make my tummy full and earn the best price. Eating good great food has nothing to do with the price you pay. That love, this couple have for eachother and in what they do, is represented in the food. We , I find them to get a spark of that.

By the way, they are open Monday-Saturday the hole day. Camaiore is a very special place anyways to visit. Did you know, that the Layline of Archangel Michael is going through that area? Enjoy...

Visited by chance as we were hungry after a day on the beach and many places are not open Monday. Extremely warm welcome with a big smile. Pizzas were great - one marinara (top!) and a Salami Piccante. Great Spritz, great value. Customer car park. Will...

Una nota e vecchia pubblicità del grande Manfredi diceva: "il caffè è un piacere se non è buono che piacere è"... parafrasando si potrebbe dire lostesso della Pizza, ormai troppi improvvisati negli anni specie in Versilia si sono dilettati in un arte culinaria "che non li compete" e nella zona di questa pizzeria ve ne sono altre che proprio... NO!, e lo dico con cognizioni di causa... fidatevi. Da questi ho acquistato qualche volta della "cecìna" di buona qualità, ma per il resto... non ci siamo, le pizze oltre che ad essere brutte sono piccole con ingredienti di non eccelsa qualità, per altro usano ancora lo strutto negli impasti senza indicarlo... La cortesia è nella norma ma l'ambiente...quasi un tugurio... peccato! perché ogni tanto "non sempre" la cecìna era...
