I had the bresaola pizza, pictured, and my family had a bufalata pizza. The bresaola pizza has no tomato sauce, just mild fiordillatte cheese, arugula, and a local delicate lean cured meat called bresaola. The crust is delicious, soft, with perfectly slightly burnt edges. We were so glad the restaurant next door didn’t have seating available, because this pizzeria was reasonably priced and delicious. Super friendly staff (likely the owner). Kinda busy. It has a clean, white tiled look that is like a diner. You pay at the cashier when you’re done. The buffalata and any pizza that has fresh mozzarella will be runny, and you’ll have to cut parts of it to eat it. Don’t compare fresh mozzarella to dry, part skim, shredded mozzarella, you won’t find that in Italy. Get over it. In this particular place, the pizza is better than what you’re used to in the states. The owner told me they are moving to a place that ca seat 140 people. This place seats...

We arrived here on our first night, and even though most of the tables were booked, the host was kind enough to find us a table. We were able to read the menu online and there was a vast selection of antipasti, (vegetarian) pizzas and desserts available. I ordered a tuna salad and not only was the presentation beautiful, it was also a generous serving size (+bread), and delicious. As for the pizza- what can I say? This is what comes to my mind when I think of Neapolitan-style pizza. This was definitely the best pizza I've ever had. They use high quality fior di latte on their pizzas and as for the dough - it is both soft as well as crunchy - just the right amount. We both enjoyed every bite. We stumbled onto this pizzeria. We went to get some pizza without doing any research and realised it was full of locals.

The pizza is hand made fresh on order. Which takes quite long time to be served but it's worth the wait. Allow plenty of time.

We went two nights in a row. It was that good. We sat next to a local couple - who told us its one of the best pizza s in their time.

Despite being really busy, the owner gentleman took the time to explain d take orders from us.

Attesa infinita e grande scortesia!! Sono stata in questa pizzeria 2 volte ma non ci tornerò mai più !! La prima volta, sono venuta con il mio ragazzo e abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze. Dopo 1 ora e 30 esatte di attesa ancora niente pizze, chiediamo al cameriere e dopo altri 10 minuti ci arrivano le pizze senza nemmeno scusarsi per l’attesa..” va be” abbiamo pensato “una serata storta può capitare a tutti” decidiamo quindi di riprovare ma purtroppo è successa la stessa cosa se non peggio! Ci sediamo mangiamo l’antipasto e dopo 1 ora e 15 di attesa per le pizze nulla, continuiamo a vedere l asporto andare via e noi niente, il tavolo vicino a noi che è arrivato dopo viene servito e in più gli viene portata una terza pizza ordinata durante la cena… chiediamo spiegazioni al cameriere e aspettiamo altri 10 minuti ; Alche ci alziamo per andare a pagare senza aver mangiato le pizze e arrivati alla cassa gli diciamo garbatamente che non le avremmo mangiate ( ancora dovevano infornarle). Il proprietario con aria scocciata si avvicina alla cassa e guardando L orario ci fa capire chiaramente che non stavamo aspettando molto. Con scortesia e senza nemmeno chiedere scusa ci fa il conto e ci saluta. Non sono una persona pretenziosa anzi capisco la difficoltà del lavoro ma nessuno ci ha considerato e dato spiegazioni.. È la prima volta che mi capita di alzarmi da un locale senza magiare.. mi dispiace ma non tornerò più!!! Ps: ho solo la foto dell antipasto perché le pizze non sono mai arrivate.

Attesa infinita e grande scortesia!! Sono stata in questa pizzeria 2 volte ma non ci tornerò mai più !! La prima volta, sono venuta con il mio ragazzo e abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze. Dopo 1 ora e 30 esatte di attesa ancora niente pizze, chiediamo al cameriere e dopo altri 10 minuti ci arrivano le pizze senza nemmeno scusarsi per l’attesa..” va be” abbiamo pensato “una serata storta può capitare a tutti” decidiamo quindi di riprovare ma purtroppo è successa la stessa cosa se non peggio!
