I had the bresaola pizza, pictured, and my family had a bufalata pizza. The bresaola pizza has no tomato sauce, just mild fiordillatte cheese, arugula, and a local delicate lean cured meat called bresaola. The crust is delicious, soft, with perfectly slightly burnt edges. We were so glad the restaurant next door didnât have seating available, because this pizzeria was reasonably priced and delicious. Super friendly staff (likely the owner). Kinda busy. It has a clean, white tiled look that is like a diner. You pay at the cashier when youâre done. The buffalata and any pizza that has fresh mozzarella will be runny, and youâll have to cut parts of it to eat it. Donât compare fresh mozzarella to dry, part skim, shredded mozzarella, you wonât find that in Italy. Get over it. In this particular place, the pizza is better than what youâre used to in the states. We were able to read the menu online and there was a vast selection of antipasti, (vegetarian) pizzas and desserts available. I ordered a tuna salad and not only was the presentation beautiful, it was also a generous serving size (+bread), and delicious. As for the pizza- what can I say?
