Initially impression was clean and new. The central heating wasn't on and a reverse cycle air conditioner was used to heat the room. Bathroom is clean and new, but poorly set out with a tiny shower. It did take sometime for the water to run hot, and little pressure. All that aside they would have earned 3 stars. Come time to pay the account I'm told they don't have card ffacilities. Walk 200mts to the 🏧. Then they don't have change and I need to wander around town to split a 20. Nothing opened that time of the morning. Badly lacking the final touches. Granted not expensive, but strongly suggest to pay that little bit more and enjoy your stay, definitely won't...

This is a wonderful B&B: a friendly and warm greeting. We stayed here twice on a journey to and from Umbria - we returned because it was such a great place to stay. Some great restaurants locally too. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, quiet, with air conditioning, lots of fresh towels, and very comfortable beds. A lovely breakfast too. Communications via App and Google Translate were very good. WiFi in breakfast room was fast and conistent (they were waiting on service for the Extender when I visited).
