Very nice place characterized by the classical atmosphere you can find in a british pub. On weekend nights it gets really crowded and frenetic. The food is great, in particular I can say that hamburgers are sooo tasty. Besides hamburgers the menu offers a wide variety of other options (appetizers, pasta, second dishes, dessert, pizza...). At the top of everything there are a lot of beers and others drinks you can choose. If I have to highlight any problems, probably I would say the service... but it's not their fault, the place is really crowded and there is always something to do. I will certainly come back to try some different...

Sono cliente della Birreria da molti anni, è un gran bel posto dal buon cibo e dove tutti sono gentili e disponibili. MA c'è un "ma"; qualche giorno fa ho chiamato perchè pensavo di venire con alcuni amici, tra i quali una persona vegana e volevo assicurarmi che potessero mangiare tutti. Ricordavo che tempo fa a menú ci fosse un burger vegano, ma ora non c'è piú e i panini sono segnalati come vegetariani. Uno di questi peró, riporta la dicitura di "burger VEGANO di rapa rossa" (allego immagine), quindi chiedo al telefono se fosse possibile arrangiare comunque qualcosa (per esempio un burger "scomposto" senza pane, qualora fosse quello il prodotto non vegan). Mi è stato risposto di sí, ma la verità è che no, non è possibile visto che poi, durante gli ordini, la soluzione dopo mezz'ora di incomprensioni e va-e-vieni del cameriere, è stata una bruschetta davvero triste dove lo chef ha sbattuto sopra dei pomodorini tagliati a metà e delle olive, senza condimento. Bruschetta offerta, ma non è questo il punto. Suggerimento spassionato: non accettate clientela vegan, bastava dire già al telefono "guarda, purtroppo per vegani non serviamo niente per scelta aziendale". Il risultato è che avreste perso un tavolo per una sera, ma avreste mantenuto di sicuro dei clienti nel futuro. È brutto fare recensioni negative, ma ripeto, il punto non è stata la gratuità della bruschetta per rimanere "amici come prima", sono sicura che dalla cucina avrebbero potuto fare qualcosa e che alla sala debba essere dato il via libera per comunicare correttamente con i clienti. Una recensione negativa ahimè si fa sentire piú di ogni lamentela in loco. Sono sicura che possiate fare meglio di cosí, avete tutte le carte in regola per gestire...
