Osteria Taverna Cavour — Restaurant in Unione della Romagna Faentina

A very nice place, almost hidden in Faenza, where you can taste some local cuisine, but also some alternative dishes that are really really tasty.

The stuff is very helpful, there are tables on the street, but there is also a “hidden” garden in the back, where you can relax and enjoy the vibe of the place.

You need to try the fried octopus Greek salad…it was spectacular!!

Had a fantastic experience here! Coming in with little to no Italian vocabulary, was met with extremely friendly staff who were more than happy to talk me through the menu. Made me feel welcome and the complete experience was great. The food is absolutely amazing and got to experience true Italian cuisine. Left my meal choice to the lady who helped me and definitely did not disappoint. Will be back here on...

Io credo che la location originale sia imbattile, ma davvero il luogo in cui temporaneamente stanno lavorando, e' moooolto molto accogliente e caldo. Partiamo dal presupposto che ZOLI (che non conoscevo) e Elona (che conosco forse un pelino meglio) sono dei fantastici padroni di casa, davvero accoglienti e premurosi, e credetemi, se siete attenti non lo fanno per "lavoro" forzando il sorriso o altro, ma hanno davvero la passione per il loro lavoro e l'attenzione per il cliente e' massima....ti senti a casa. Detto questo, noi eravamo una tavolata da 6 e abbiamo sentito i loro taglieri romagnoli, e credetemi, straordinari.... Poi io ho preso il passatello asciutto con il tartufo, spero mi crediate, tra i primi piu' buoni che io abbia mai mangiato.....per finire il dolce con la crema di marroni, squisito.
