L'Amorosina — Restaurant in Unione di Comuni della Romagna Forlivese

L’Amorosina is an absolute gem, with great food and super close to the city centre! The restaurant is huge, spreading on multiple levels, including an outside patio, and the design all around is amazing - it gives a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the dining experience. It's clear that this is a popular spot - 15 minutes after their opening time, the restaurant was already full, so I would definitely recommend booking in advance.

The food is where L'Amorosina truly shines. We had the strozza with their signature sauce, the tagliatelle al ragù and the steak, and although everything was outstanding, the pork steak deserves a special mention. It was so tender and flavorful that it actually tasted like high-quality beef - an unexpected surprise.

They did have a minor hiccup, as the first time we visited, staff weren’t the friendliest, but the service was way better the second time round, which made the experience truly enjoyable.

Prices are fair in the grand scheme of things, but definitely on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to Forlì. Still, overall, L'Amorosina offers one of the best dining experiences in town, and the quality of the food and the lovely atmosphere make it a must-visit, so...

Excellent food, it’s a shame that the waiters are not getting trained to reach the same level of food they deliver We been seated at the table offer the water, choose a wine which has put on the table but not the glasses,….if I was not ask for them we been staring at the bottle who knows for how long. Finish finally out 1st corse dishes, the waiter make us keep the dirty dishes on the table to use them for the second course but they charge for coperto 2€ x person !!! What’s the point ??????

End up eating out second dish and took the waiter 20min to realize that and come to clear the table, beside this straight away I order the digestive which never arrived, I stand up and went to pay after more than 15min waiting for the digestive to arrived

When the waiter see me at the cashier to pay bring me the digestive leave it on the counter top close to the cashier ??!!!!???

My question is, why such a wonderful food cannot pair with the same level of service !!???!???

Incompetent and inexperience waiters, I am wonder if the management sees this problem.

But is the 2nd time is happening to me in this place and I don’t know I will go a 3rd...

Ho prenotato un tavolo per un pranzo di laurea con una ragazza molto simpatica e mi è stato detto di telefonare qualche giorno prima del pranzo per comunicare il menù scelto. Così ho fatto e a rispondere è stato il proprietario. In 4 anni che ho vissuto a Forlì non ho mai conosciuto persona più sgarbata. Nulla a che vedere con la calorosità romagnola. Dopo aver comunicato il menù scelto, il proprietario in maniera sbrigativa e estremamente fredda ha detto “Hai prenotato per le 13:30, se vieni in ritardo non vi faccio sedere.”. Sono rimasto colpito dai modi, ma ho pensato potesse essere sotto pressione a causa del lavoro. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver verificato su Google che il locale fosse aperto e senza ottenere risposta alle telefonate, mi sono tranquillamente recato personalmente in ristorante per chiedere una semplice informazione riguardo il pranzo che si sarebbe consumato dopo due giorni. L’informazione, che non mi è stato concesso chiedere, era semplicemente sapere se avrei potuto portare una torta e soprattutto a che ora avrei potuto portarla, dato che in mattinata mi sarei laureato e avrei dovuto fare mille giri a piedi. Arrivo sul posto e noto che davanti al locale era in atto una festa. Parte dello staff del ristorante era fuori e in divisa e ho riconosciuto il proprietario, anche lui in divisa. Per cui ho pensato si trattasse di una sorta di sagra convenzionata con il locale. La porta del ristorante è oscurata e comunque non potevo immaginare fossero chiusi, dato che li vedevo là davanti in divisa, senza ben capire di cosa si stessero occupando, e dato che su Google il sabato risultano aperti. Noto che il proprietario chiacchierava con delle persone e mi faccio avanti per parlargli: “Ciao, ho prenotato un tavolo per la prossima settimana e volevo…” subito vengo interrotto e con fare arrogante e maleducato, senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia esordisce “Eh no guarda, non mi sembra il caso adesso”. Io sorpreso rispondo “Perché?” e lui “Eh beh, non vedi? C’è una festa eh, siamo chiusi.” Al che rimango sconvolto dal tono sgarbato e rispondo “Ah scusami pensavo foste aperti” e lui “No, no, siamo chiusi e non mi sembra il caso. Ci sentiamo lunedì.”. Spoiler, la laurea era il lunedì. Io rispondo gentilmente “Va bene, grazie” e vado via. La sua aria di superiorità mi ha davvero amareggiato e con tutta sincerità avrei voluto disdire il pranzo, ma ormai non avrei trovato un altro locale disponibile. Era là che chiacchierava con delle persone e avrebbe anche solo potuto ascoltare la mia domanda. Per fortuna il giorno del pranzo lui non si è visto. Per quel che mi riguarda, il resto dello staff è super cordiale e disponibile. Mi dispiace debbano avere a che fare con certa arroganza. Il cibo molto buono. Unica pecca del pranzo, l’aria condizionata era impercettibile e il troppo caldo ha purtroppo reso poco gradevole il convito. Avvisate quando...
