Just believe me: you will not find better piadinas or cresciones as you will get here! 👍 they are so delicious! We were five people and we tried different sorts of them - everyone was very good! The portions are so big that after eating at 3p.m. we were not hungry even in evening. Good wine; inside is very nice and clean, but if you want to eat there in rush hours - it's better to reserve a table. We were extremely surprised snd satisfied with the quality, volume and the price. But even more important: the people who work there - they are very nice and very friendly! Read morePartito in bici da Auditore e arrivato nel tardo pomeriggio al paesello di Bertinoro, la sera decido di uscire per recuperare il deficit calorico e mi imbatto per caso nella Piadinamica. L’istinto mi dice di fermarmi… e aveva ragione! Il locale, situato lungo la strada, era già affollato, ma con un po’ di fortuna trovo posto. Ordino dapprima un crescione con pomodoro, mozzarella e cotto; siccome la fame si faceva ancora sentire, ne prendo un secondo con erbe e pancetta affumicata. Il tutto innaffiato da mezzo litro di vinello bianco, che di notte aiuta a conciliare il sonno e tiene lontane le zanzare. A concludere, un caffè e ben quattro tranci di torta di mele. Totale: 20.- euro. I crescioni erano davvero squisiti, il servizio curato e le signore che preparavano il cibo di una gentilezza unica.
