EnoRistrò — Restaurant in Unione di Comuni Montani Colline del Fiora

This restaurant is SO worth a visit!! They serve a modern twist of local food, which both tasted and looked good, and at a very reasonable price. A more contemporary feel to the food, compared to many of the other places we visited during our stay in Italy. And after having visited several trattorias with more or less the same menu, this place really stood out in the crowd! They use local products and base the menu on the local traditions of the region (Maremma). An extra bonus is that you get to eat inside the Orsini fortress from the 12th century.

Ich habe im Restaurant des Hotels zu Abend gegessen (Juni 2022). Die bruschette und das Kaninchen im Speckmantel waren sehr gut.

Die Location ist an einem warmen Sommerabend einfach hinreißend, man sitzt im kleinen Innenhof der Festung.

Vermutlich gibt es das "Enoristrò" als solches nicht mehr und es handelt sich jetzt schlicht um das namenlose Restaurant des Hotels? Die hier angegebene Telefonnummer ist jedenfalls die des Hotels und Externe (Nicht-Hotelgäste) können über die Rezeption buchen, sofern die Tische nicht komplett für Hotelgäste benötigt werden.

Das Restaurant bietet nur für Gäste des Hotels zum Abendessen ein Drei-Gänge-Menü für 27 € an, was angesichts der Qualität sehr preiswert ist. Auch sonst schienen mir die Preise in Ordnung zu sein.

Schön ist, dass auch höherwertige Weine im Glas angeboten werden. Dafür sind die Preise im Glas meiner Einschätzung nach aber...
