After a delightful afternoon nap, a customary practice in Italy, my friends and I decided to have dinner at a place we had noticed earlier in the day. It turned out to be the best dining experience I've ever had in Italy.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was enchanting, with soft lighting, rustic decor, and a cozy ambiance that immediately put us at ease. What made it even more special was the proximity to the sea, which added an authentic touch to the whole experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was exceptional. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Entusiasmante Dopo tanto tempo, reunion fra amici a Cesenatico, diciamo un po’ per caso. Approfittiamo dell’ospitalità di uno dei membri che ci propone come location il Riviera69. L’ambiente è sobrio, puntuale e gradevole con un bel tocco di classe che non guasta mai. Dopo un pomeriggio di mare cominciamo con un bel aperitivo classico, senza strafare, il tutto accompagnato da proposte della casa rigorosamente home-made; permettetemi, ma non è da tutti. Osserviamo il menù con interesse e curiosità viste le differenti offerte presenti che spaziano dal classico al ricercato alle crudités, quest’ultima, normalmente proposta (cosi’ so) solo dove la qualità del pesce è ineccepibile…quindi immaginiamo già che la serata volgerà al meglio. Da subito mia accorgo che il personale di sala è estremamente professionale e meticoloso nel porgersi al cliente, nell’osservare i tavoli nel susseguirsi degli ordini e nel ricevere le comande; non sembra davvero di essere seduti a due passi dal mare: rimango positivamente colpito. Veniamo a sapere da un nostro amico che in questo locale le porzioni sono da sempre particolarmente generose e ci suggerisce di ponderare bene il da farsi. La carta dei vini è molto interessante, ben proposta con una buona selezione regionale un po’ per tutti i gusti; dai classici ai palati più raffinati: anche i prezzi seguono questa filosofia e la scelta è piacevolmente appagante. Dopo un antipasto che hanno scelto un po’ tutti che in generale andava dal classico di mare freddo (c’era anche la razza …incredibile) ai magnifici crudi proposti a degustazione dallo chef di linea siamo estremamente soddisfatti in temine di qualità e quantità. Per la seconda portata, un classico nelle scampagnate, i piatti sono molteplici ed il bello per me, e per chi ama la cucina, è che puoi assaggiare un po’ di tutto. Dalla carbonara di mare, ai classici di riviera come la grigliata (squisita) alle crudités di ogni tipo, magnifiche in ogni loro aspetto sia nel gusto che nella presentazione; cape sante fumé alla fragola, ricci e burrata, gambero rosso e viola in tartare con corallo … non me ne vogliate se non le ricordo tutte, ma la scelta era talmente ampia che rischierei di sbagliare nel descriverla accuratamente. Infine una bella rassegna di dolci (che non sono riuscito a mangiare per la sazietà) buoni, curati e raffinati nel contempo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assoluto. Un luogo dove puoi venire in coppia per una cena elegante e intima, in compagnia ed anche per pranzi e cene di business; sono assolutamente certo che rimarrai, come me, estremamente soddisfatto.

beautiful location. the service is stuffy and although there is plenty of people on the floor, apparently only one gentleman can take orders, so even if you catch the attention of one person, still it will need to call somebody else to satisfy your request. Which makes sense, if that would be doable for the person in charge: if that person is always busy with bigger tables (and potentially good spenders), you will need to wait, which I think that is not fair seen how many people are on the floor. The food if it is raw fish is great, when it comes to pastas..portions so big that the flavour gets lost. I would go back for necessity, since on the coast is almost the only one decent restaurant, but for sure is not a...
