Il Patio dei Giardini — Restaurant in Venaria Reale

Very slow service, only one waitress is taking orders for the entire restaurant. After waiting 20min for our starters (burrata and ham) we asked for an update, the waitress came back from the kitchen with our half-cold pasta saying they had forgotten our starter but we would get them later after our pasta. We told them to drop the starters and asked for bread, and asked again (it was literally 3m away from us), finally got up and grabbed it myself. E' il bar ristorante con dehor presente nei giardini della splendida Reggia di Venaria.

Tempo addietro avevamo anche mangiato (senza infamia e senza lode) mentre nell'ultima circostanza, in occasione di una serata evento, avremmo voluto pur mangiare qualcosa, ma non c'era nulla di disponibile (intendo anche solo snacks, panini, toast, pizze, ecc.).

Giocoforza...abbiamo avuto modo di consumare al volo soltanto due gelati (industriali, di nota marca) magnum al cioccolato bianco, una birra media alla spina (una commercialissima Poretti 4 luppoli) ed un cocktail analcolico a base di ananas e schweppes per un totale di € 19 ...(la birra media € 8...sigh...sigh...).

Capisco il contesto, capisco il margine di guadagno, ma mi pare eccessivo...questo non è servizio, non è accoglienza, nè corretto approccio al turismo...

Anche l'approvvigionamento della ristorazione è assai carente (sapendo che siamo a luglio e ci sono manifestazioni, turisti, ecc...è così difficile prevedere un'affluenza maggiore?) ed il servizio risulta disorganizzato, molto approssimativo e caotico...

E' un vero peccato vista anche la bella location...
