I wish I could give zero stars. My friend and I were starving when we ordered from this restaurant, but the pizza was a complete disappointment. It had a strange smell, the dough was way too thick, and there was absolutely no flavor—it honestly tasted like something a toddler might have put together.

After just one bite, my stomach started to hurt. I immediately called the owner to explain and offered to return the pizza since it was barely touched. Instead of understanding the situation, she refused to accept the return or provide a refund.

The conversation went back and forth, and she even accused us of trying to get free food—which was incredibly unprofessional and unfair. I have screenshots that clearly show the pizza was untouched.

Save yourself the trouble—don’t order from here. This was one of the worst customer service experiences...

Mestre’s best kept secret. A little shop on the side but absolutely amazing. The customer service was the best I received in Italy! The chef / younger staff guy was soooooo kind, let me taste the boar and helped me pick out my food as a first time guest. The food was delicious and the portions huge, good enough for two people (or at least 1.5, thanks for looking out for my kid). Real Italian food that’s not pizza or pasta, great for lunch or dinner. The place was clean and I loved the music. Strongly recommend for all those who come! A 5 minute walk from the main train, worth the visit. Felt good to be around good people. $20 for a sandwich, fries, drink and dessert - not bad when it can be split...

We ordered food delivery from this restaurant, and it was a terrible experience. Not only was the delivery 20 minutes late, but all the food arrived cold. We also found a coarse hair in the sauce, which was very unpleasant. They sold us a "Kinder cheesecake," but what we received was a small sauce container, maybe 40-50 grams, with just cheese and some chocolate on top. We paid 4 euros for this. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's the worst restaurant we've encountered in Italy. We contacted their support, and they only offered to make an anonymous call about our experience, with no compensation at all. Avoid this place and try anywhere else; you...
