The customer service is the worst especially if you are a female. The female staff has the worst attitude when talking to female customers, even when the customers smile and talk in a polite, good manner. She is very impatient, impolite, and has a bad temper when female customers try to order and even throw the paper cup onto the table. Mai provato un gelato così buono! Cremosissimo, freddo al punto giusto, non moltissimi i gusti ma basta e avanza, meglio la qualità che la quantità. Ci sono i gusti classici e anche qualcuno di particolare, come per esempio il caramello salato e la ricotta al pistacchio e wafer.. La panna è artigianale, come lo è pure il gelato... Solo sarebbe bello decideste un prezzo per portarla via quando si compra in abbinata alle vaschette. Farla pagare 3.50 nella coppetta grande è un po' troppo secondo me, visto che come guarnizione a un cono costa solo 0.50. Location: interni bellissimi, ci si può sedere sulle panchine fuori, sarebbe bello aggiungere qualche tavolino ma la zona non credo lo permetta. Personale molto gentile... Le nuove ragazze devono solo fare un po' di pratica. Prezzi più bassi della concorrenza (es. Grom) e migliore qualità e servizio. Vi consiglio di rendere più chiaro il fatto che avete le granite siciliane (buonissime, non con sciroppi ma frutta vera).
