La Giudecca non pecca di eccesso di turisti e conserva genuino il fascino veneziano. Per il viaggiatore che vuole coglierne lo spirito le fondamenta di Sant' Eufemia e la sua chiesa meritano una visita. Quello di cui qui si sentiva bisogno è di un di un locale giovane, spontaneo che non proponga i soliti cicchetti ma un'offerta più allargata. Evviva quindi LA SALUMERIA, una sosta gradevole in un mini-locale che accompagna i suoi piatti misti di verdure e salumi con vini di qualità e spritz dal sostenuto grado alcolico. Un ambiente gradevole (bravo l'architetto che ha curato il restauro) e il servizio gentilissimo fanno da cornice allo spettacolo dello "skyline" delle Zattere, oltre il...
