Read moreTook 2 pizzas to go, one drink and one dessert (Tiramisu). We asked for the pizzas to be cut but they somehow thought it would be a great idea to cut them in four slices instead of eight. So the slices were gigantic and every time you try to pick one piece up everything on the pizza would fall apart. They also had a Corona on the menu which I wanted to take to go before the waiter informed me that they didn't have Corona actually but it was a similar beer that had the same taste. It did not. Finally the Tiramisu which looked pretty nice turned out to be frozen and we had to let it defrost for around 30 minutes before we could eat it and even then it was pretty meh. Overall, not a bad experience but not something I would recommend to someone looking to eat a great pizza...
Read moreThis wonderful restaurant uses type 0 flour instead of type 00, to my initial surprise. I had always thought, 00 was "the thing" to go with pizza flour, but I was proven wrong at this place.
Dough that has had 36 hours time to proof, great ingredients with high quality, and the (optional) sesame sprinkled on the crust makes for a nice little extra. The pizza is nothing short of a masterpiece.
Can recommend this pizzeria without any hesitation.
