One of the best places we found during our visit to Venice and Burano. Very nice tiramisu, ice cream and a club sandwirch that justified the 15€ price (relative to the area). Very nice view on the main street in a hot summer day, even saw a newlywed couple passing by and being cherred by everyone!

Piccola gelateria sull'isoletta di Burano con qualche tavolo all'aperto e che consente di ordinare coni gelato anche seduti al tavolo, cosa molto rara visto che i coni vengono di solito serviti soltanto da asporto. Ma soprattutto sono rimasto stupito dalla qualità del gelato che era uno dei più buoni che abbia mai mangiato; soprattutto il pistacchio era pieno di piccola granella di pistacchio a dimostrare la qualità del gelato e la quantità di pistacchi usati.. e il gusto era fantastico di conseguenza. Piccola oasi in un'isola sempre molto frequentata

Everything about this place is just okay. I didn't find the waitresses friendly, neither were they unfriendly. They were just okay and had serious faces and no smiles. The Tiramisu tasted okay. The three Coppas we had were also okay. The prices are okay.

One issue was that I got a plastic cover in my Coppa. Luckily I detected it in my mouth and spit it out. I have a picture where you can see that plastic cover on the white tissue. I didn't mention it to the staff because I don't like drama.

Anyway, my message to the staff is: Smile more and don't put plastic...

The service and atmosphere was very poor. We immediately felt unwelcome when entering. The staff were unfriendly and treated us like they didn't want us there. We understand some tourists may be rude, but that doesn't excuse treating every tourist coming into the shop like they will be. Thankfully the...
