The quality of the “cicheti” is far below the local standard and generally far from being acceptable. For €3, I was served a slice of low-quality bread, with some low-quality melted cheese on top (which was sold as “pecorino”), a slice of low-quality cured ham, and a low-quality dried tomato. Guess what? It resulted in low-quality “cicheto”. Similarly, also the spritz was particularly poor. I left both things nearly untouched on the table and the waiters didn’t even care to ask whether the food and/or beverage presented any problem.
