Ristorante hotpot all you can eat — Restaurant in Venice

Ero già stato qui un paio di anni fa. Allora il locale mi era sembrato esteticamente molto carino, con forti richiami ai classici ristoranti cinesi degli anni ’90, anche se il menù era confusionario: tutto scritto in cinese, senza traduzioni, e ci si doveva basare unicamente sulle immagini. In più c’era soltanto la formula hot pot.

Oggi, invece, l’ambiente è stato completamente ristrutturato e il colpo d’occhio è sicuramente più curato. Pareti rosse accese, decorazioni moderne che richiamano la tradizione e tavoli attrezzati sia per l’hot pot che per la griglia, così da potersi cucinare la carne direttamente al tavolo. Un’atmosfera studiata, che nelle foto rende bene la particolarità del locale.

Anche il buffet di salse e condimenti è ampio e ben organizzato: ci si diverte a comporre la propria combinazione, scegliendo tra olio di sesamo, salsa di arachidi e tante varianti. Visivamente, la tavola appare ricca: spiedini speziati, piatti di carne, verdure fresche e piccole preparazioni che danno subito l’idea di varietà.

Il menù fisso da 30 euro ayce si è rivelato positivo, con ingredienti freschi e una discreta offerta. Sulla carta ci sarebbero tutti i presupposti per un giudizio favorevole.

Peccato che tutto questo venga azzerato da un episodio inaccettabile. Alla cassa ci è stata fatta pagare la quota anche per mio figlio, ben sotto i 120 cm e senza aver mangiato nulla. Alla mia osservazione, la risposta è stata secca: “bambino sopra i 120 cm paga comunque”. Certo, concetto chiarissimo: peccato solo che mio figlio non arrivi nemmeno vicino a quella misura… e soprattutto non abbia toccato cibo. Un’applicazione di regole cieca e senza buon senso, che ha reso inutile ogni ulteriore parola.

Non ho insistito oltre: era come parlare con un muro di gomma. E per chiudere in bellezza, si è voltata dall’altra parte, mostrando la più totale indifferenza.

La ristorazione non è fatta solo di piatti e arredi, ma di correttezza e rispetto verso il cliente. E qui questo principio è mancato.

Non sono solito usare toni così severi nelle recensioni, ma credo sia giusto condividere la mia esperienza. Se il mio racconto può aiutare altri avventori a scegliere con maggiore consapevolezza, allora vale la pena scriverlo.

第一次来这家火锅店就被惊艳到！一进门，香气就像有魔法一样扑面而来，让我瞬间忘记了减肥计划。食材新鲜到仿佛是从农场、海里直接传送过来，牛肉纹理细腻、入口即化，海鲜的鲜甜让人怀疑是不是刚从水里捞出来的。汤底更是灵魂所在，浓郁却不油腻，香气层层递进，每一口都是味蕾的狂欢。

环境也是加分项，座位宽敞，私密性很好，不会被隔壁桌的聊天声打扰。坐下来就有种“今天要大吃一顿”的仪式感。服务员态度更是没得挑，笑容真诚又热情，帮忙添汤、换盘、甚至还细心提醒我们火候时间，仿佛怕我们错过最佳口感。

吃到最后，我真的有点感动——这不是一顿饭，而是一场味觉盛宴，一次让身心彻底放松的享受。离开的时候胃是饱的，心也是满足的。已经开始计划下次带更多朋友来，一起在这锅翻腾的热辣中，痛痛快快地幸福一把！(From the moment I stepped into this hotpot restaurant, I was completely blown away! The staff were friendly, warm, and attentive—always ready to refill the broth, change our plates, and even remind us of the perfect cooking times for different ingredients, making sure we enjoyed everything at its best.

By the end of the meal, I was genuinely touched—this wasn’t just dinner, it was a feast for the senses, a moment of pure comfort and joy. I left with a full stomach and a happy heart, already planning to come back with more friends so we can all dive into this bubbling pot of hot and spicy happiness...

The food was good but they made me pay for my 3 year old daughter even though the menu said it was free up to 3 year olds 🤷‍♀️

According to your menu, 3 are supposed to be free which we didnt know at the time of game and you took advantage of it. With the game or without, it’s only supposed to be 16 euro, 1 paying child.
