Sushi Zero — Restaurant in Verbania

Japanese and Chinese dishes near the lake. We chose to have lunch here and there is a large parking lot outside ... very useful! A few steps and we enter. This location was once a nightclub and you realize this only after noticing the round plan of the former dance floor where today we find beautiful stylized "wooden houses" that give the environment a very Zen touch. They make us sit down (the staff is very attentive and fast). They give us the menus on paper and a piece of paper where we can write the orders. Finally the dishes arrive. Sushi in various ways and some special dishes ... I must say that at our table there was also a vegan girl who still found some dishes that she liked. For my part I was able to enjoy a dish (I didn't order it myself but I tasted this roll where the outside was fried and inside was soft Philadelphia cheese and on top an avocado cube. Great place to eat Sushi as well as plenty other tasty Japanese Dishes. We were there for Lunch and what you are offered for the price (15€) is really very generous. There are over 150 dishes to choose from and all the Sushi we tried was not only very tasty but also extremely well presented. The inner decoration and atmosphere are also top noch. A small thing I personally missed was some traditional Japanese music to go with the overall great ambiente. Moreover, the Sushi varieties for Luch were limited to mainly Tuna, Salmón, Shrimps, as well as a few other sea foods. Thus lacking some of the more high end varieties such as Unagi, Ikura, Tobiko and Masago (for the most part). However, that is totally acceptable for the very afforable price and the fact that what you are actually offered is excellent in all other aspects. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend this place to any Sushi lovers and I would also love to try the Dinner Menu some other time when I get the chance. Great...

Sushi was okay and rich in variety, but certainly not as overwhelming as some reviews suggest. The concept is all-you-can-eat for 29€ p.p., excl. beverages and sweets, which is kinda okay.

Unfortunately, pretty much all service staff members seemed unmotivated, disinterested and emotionless enough for the guests to not confuse their attitude with discretion.

Interior design was very well implemented and pretty stylish (apart from a few surveillance cameras for whatever reason)

All in all still okay, but unfortunately not...
