Great food great service, we have been there two times, and got to try different dishes (about 6 different dishes). Every single one is good. With a well thought out menu, you can see the chef cares about the food. The staff were extra nice, super friendly and genuinely care about customers’ experience. They even remember where we sat the other time we visited. In general, very wholesome vibe. Great view of a church plaza. Enjoyable, relaxing, would definitely recommend. From all the restaurants we tried in Verona this one was our favorite!

Ho avuto il piacere di visitare recentemente è un'autentica gemma che ha saputo mantenere intatto nel tempo il suo ambiente caratteristico, regalando un'esperienza autentica e suggestiva. Immediatamente colpisce lo sguardo il bellissimo camino che domina la sala, donando un tocco di calore e tradizione che si sposa perfettamente con l'atmosfera del luogo. L'esperienza culinaria è iniziata con antipasti che hanno letteralmente conquistato il mio palato. La polenta, preparata con maestria, ha costituito la base perfetta per accompagnare salumi di altissima qualità, veri e propri protagonisti di un assaggio indimenticabile. La cura nella selezione e nella presentazione degli antipasti ha evidenziato un'attenzione particolare alla tradizione culinaria locale. Il clou della serata è stato il lesso misto, una vera e propria sinfonia di sapori che ha lasciato senza parole. La delicatezza della lingua, la consistenza del cotechino e l'armonia degli altri elementi presenti nel piatto hanno creato un'esperienza gustativa unica e appagante. La maestria con cui i piatti sono stati preparati è una testimonianza tangibile della passione e dell'abilità della cucina. Il personale, senza dubbio, ha contribuito in modo significativo a rendere l'esperienza memorabile. Oltre alla professionalità e all'esperienza evidenti, ho particolarmente apprezzato la cordialità e l'attenzione con cui sono stati accolti i clienti. La disponibilità nel fornire consigli e spiegazioni sul menu ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare.

If you are not from Italy, don't go here. This was undoubtedly my worst dish in Italy. Though the presentation was nice, you barely get any shrimp or asparagus for 16 euros. Also, it was overcooked. I was also not given bread and i think this is because i was a tourist. It was not busy, and i was seated alone, so it was obvious that i wasn't given bread and every other table had it. Save your money, because there are so many good places in Verona and this is not one!

Worst restaurant that I've ever been in my whole life of traveler. We were 5 people (family), the meal of 2 of us didn't arrive until we complained and the last part was about to come: the crazy manager disrespected my mom when she asked for the bill and started SCREAMED to her saying that we took a long time on table, took a long time to eat, also that we should speak in Italian, not English, because we were in his country and a lot of insults that made all the people scared at the restaurant. We should have called the police immediately, but we were in the middle of a road trip and didn't have time, but now I'm glad that I have this chance of advice other tourists about this absurd and insane treatment with the clients, so after that I understood why they have a sign in the front door which says it's forbidden TripAdvisor....

I have been to this restaurant some years ago and had loved it, so when this time travelling with my girlfriends and had a stopover in Verona I took them here - and was not disappointed. We all had different dishes and every one was very fresh and very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering extra plates and cutlery to share a dish, advising on wine and calling a taxi for us. The whole atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, the location very nice and off the bustle of the touristic centre of town, we very much...
