Ceylon Restaurant — Restaurant in Verona

So I checked in late at my hotel because I couldn't find my way around booking a taxi earlier than expected -- yep, couldn't walk because my humungous luggage was damaged and broken in transit -- and I ended up feeling so hungry once I've settled in at about 9PM on my first night in Verona. I was craving for tartufo pasta so bad, but the nearest restaurant I could get that would be like thirty minutes away. I did not have the patience to walk far, so I walked into the first restaurant I saw nearby without thinking twice. I am so glad I did that. Thank you for the hospitality, patience, the ability to understand my Asian cravings, and serving me extra wattalapam and free wine even when you were not obliged to. One of the best rice & curry meals we’ve ever had! Every dish was full of authentic flavor, perfectly spiced, and tasted absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, well-balanced, and felt just like a homemade meal.

Smell from this restaurant is waaaay too strong. You can smell it all over the neighborhood at any time of day. It’s not normal for something to be this overwhelming.

Hold your curry horses, pals. Cooking is kinda fine, but the smell is too much.
