Verona! What a gem of a place you have in Mezcalina. Incredible Mexican food in Italy? I would have never guessed. But, it’s true. I sampled one of each meat taco (although they do have vegetarian options) and - wow - it’s the real deal (but, of course as they are Mexican). If I lived in the area, I would come here often. Perfectly layered flavors and tender meat. Service was super friendly and welcoming. And the ambiance, decor, and music were incredibly on point. I felt briefly transported to Mexico, which is something I never mind. Wonderful....

I’ve been all around Mexico and it’s one of my favorite places in the world. Italy, you’ve been great. Seriously. But my gluten filled belly is weary… these tacos sent me right back to Mexico and almost brought a tear to my eye. They weren’t just good tacos for Italy, they were all around outstanding, authentic tacos. We had the chips and guacamole as well, which were also delicious. Excellent vibes and friendly service too.
