One of the best experiences in Italy so far.
We arrived at this place on a Saturday Lunch. You could see many locals, having a wine, beer and some tapas before the kitchen opens.
Once we arrived we ordered two glasses of wine, and the polpetone. They were good, very good.
Once we seat down, we ordered few more things. We had the tendon salad with beans, very tradicional. Good, agree that is not for everyone, but very tender.
We also had a tapas of salted cod, and my GOD. That thing was good! The cod is very tradicional from the region of Verona and Veneza.
For mains, I had the polenta with Horse meat stew. Very good, no gaminess. The polenta was made to perfection. My wife had the donkey ragu, yes donkey! And tbh, one of the best ragu I had in my life. Creamy, flavoursome, just perfect.
We went back at night for a light meal, we had a cheese and meat board, amazing salami and porchetta.
A burrata salad.
My wife had a bean soup with pasta, that was very delicious.
And I had something unusual, but very delicious. It is bread, butter and anchovies. Yes it works and is delicious.
For dessert I had the tiramisu, very good texture and coffee flavour was nice. My wife had the panna cotta.

I went there a couple of weeks ago with my girlfriend to eat there because of a recommendation. When we arrived we didn't know we needed a recommendation so we had to wait a bit but they were super friendly and offered us to wait at the bar for some time while the table became free. We ordered beer and a apperol that was very good. Once we got the table we got a menu (in English, very good) and saw all.the option, everything seemed so good.
