Venerdì 2 dicembre h 11, esco dalla basilica di monte Berico con l'intenzione di bere un caffè. In quel momento un ragazzo senza fissa dimora mi chiede un euro per una brioche. Gli chiedo se a lui va bene mangiarla con me ed entriamo al Pellegrino. Stavo per fare lo scontrino, quando la cassiera si dirige nel retro e confabula con i colleghi. Ritorna e mi dice che per il ragazzo non si può effettuare il servizio al tavolo ma solo da asporto. Ci tengo a precisare che la persona (A.) che era con me era molto tranquilla, si presentava in maniera educata e il suo comportamento non era in nessun modo molesto. Chiedo la motivazione alla cassiera che riferisce che il titolare le ha evasivamente parlato di problemi. Insisto e lei mi dice che per il ragazzo non si può assolutamente fare servizio. Alla attenzione del Pellegrino: questo fatto costituisce a mio parere una evidente violazione dell Art 187 delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza in quanto CERTAMENTE in quel momento questa persona non costituiva disturbo a nessuno degli avventori. Il vostro atteggiamento è a mio avviso pertanto discriminatorio e degno di vergogna. Se volete selezionare la vostra clientela, fondate un club, ma se intendete gestire un locale PUBBLICO dovete servire chiunque venga nel locale pagando la prestazione. In risposta al Vs commento: Innanzitutto vorrei capire cosa c'entra l'accattonaggio: noi siamo entrati nel locale per consumare un caffè, io non ho dato un cent alla persona in questione proprio perche sono contrario ad esso, e se permette io posso prendere un caffè con chi voglio. In secondo luogo: ho chiesto per due volte la motivazione e ho atteso diversi minuti in attesa (mentre aspettavo la cassiera, che peraltro era andata nel retro presumibilmente ad informarsi). Se davvero la questione è così cogente e preoccupante da far uscire due persone dal vs locale, vi consiglio di formare almeno il responsabile di sala a tal proposito, perché la commessa ha parlato con almeno 3 persone e nessuno è venuto a spiegarmi la motivazione di essere stato fatto uscire dal locale, senza nemmeno essere accompagnato, per prendere...
