We recently hosted a professional event at Brunch Republic in Vicenza with a group of about 20 Americans, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Despite our group requesting an unusually early dinner time (by Italian standards), the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us without hesitation. They were incredibly attentive, responsive to every change we threw their way, and handled everything with a level of professionalism and warmth that’s rare to find.

The food? Incredible—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether sweet, savory, or something in between, it was clear the kitchen takes pride in every plate.

I came here several times since the opening and its been a lovely experience from the food itself they have many varieties of american style brunch like the pancakes are super fluffy and their avocado toast are super fresh since they are using high quality ingredients and the burgers are like nothing else! Above all especially in Sunday they are always packed and honestly my last sunday there were bit of misfortune where the system was troubled and sadly they have to do everything manually taking the orders well what can i say even the most difficult situation they were handling it professionally and the staff apologized several times for the misfortune situation but still in my honest opinion they are giving out their best to served the client and eventually my orders came without a flaw, please keep up the good work and especially salut to the whole staff for trying their best to keep the customers satisfaction up.
