Parco Querini — Attraction in Vicenza

It's a nice park. Nice walking trails, not super stroller/wagon friendly in some parts, but you can still use them!

There are tons of bunnies, ducks, muskrat, fish, chickens, a couple of slightly aggressive roosters, and some cute pigeons! You can feed them too! Beware of little kids, they tend to run at the animals you're feeding. The parents really never stop them from doing it.

Every time I've gone, it's rather busy, but it's calm. Not super crowded. People bring their dogs. It's nice seeing all the cute pups. (Please keep them on their leash. We've had more than one dog run up to us because the owners lack the ability to keep their pets on a leash). You can not ride bikes inside the park, but there's a place you can park them!

It's a nice park. Sometimes it's dirty because people don't clean up after themselves. There's 2 bathrooms. It's not super clean. One of the doors doesn't...

We found this place just randomly as we were aimlessly wondering the city. :)

I'm glad we stumbled upon this park. It's so peaceful and quiet and the animals which are free hopping around (rabbits, ducks, turtles, nutrias) and swimming in the water (carps swim with their fins outside the water like sharks 🤣) and birds chirping in the trees, bring some relaxing atmosphere and almost "yoga like" status for your mind.

If you are stressed out and looking for a way to get stress-free, do visit this park. :)

But DO NOT chase, frighten or catch the animals and do not feed them. They have everything they need from nature.

Also, please, do not litter around and pick up your trash and your dog's shit after your visit. Do not let your dog from the leash here since he/she can catch some of these innocent animals here.
