Subway — Restaurant in Vicenza

I don’t give bad reviews.. but this is my exception. I’ve given this establishment plenty of business and I’m done now. Once you gain access to the Caserma Ederle base, it’s in the PX exchange. I only eat Buffalo chicken from Subways, it just happens to be the only thing I enjoy.

Don’t go to this subway if you want Buffalo chicken. They pretend like they have it, will allow you to make your whole order then try and say they only have chipotle. They ring you up for teriyaki. I understand it’s the same price but it’s not what I ordered. I think they do this to show subway no one orders Buffalo when it’s actually in high demand at this location. The manager is horrible when it comes to reordering Buffalo sauce in particular. The current manager for a while completely refused to buy it. Now they order JUST ENOUGH TO Barely touch the chicken in the container before it’s heated. The chicken is completely dry and there is zero sauce on it. If you want extra or as a topping they refuse to give any, they keep it in the back so customers can’t see it. This subway bait and switches orders and sauces, and it’s wrong. They need to stop allowing customers to order something, completely make it, then refuse to serve the main ingredient ordered. This subway is dishonest.
