Jacks — Restaurant in Amagasaki

i was hungry as hell like a typical fat american after a trip up to rokkosan, and decided to stop in amgasaki before bouncing back to osaka for the night.

lo and behold, down the main drag of mukonoso station, a lone burger stand lighting up the street. taking its inspiration from socal hip-hop, and modeling itself after inner-city murder-marts, (check the speed sticks and dawn bottles next to the du-rags, price tagged with bright orange tags as if they wanted you to shoplift to complete the experience) the cheap & fast grease of an american burger is made better with fresh ingredients, kansai-friendly service, and portions too generous for their asking price.

the clerks were amicable to a gaijin, despite taking the bit as far as having an acrylic transaction window at the front kiosk, which i doubt was just for the pandemic.

truly a "downtown" experience. 10/10 would...

I like the overall buildout, attention to detail, and atmosphere. There's a lot of potential in the burgers and experience but it's misses the target though.
