炭火串焼 斉藤 — Restaurant in Asahikawa

We randomly found this place on Google maps, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Everyone else was local and the menu was hard to translate using the camera because the words run vertical 😆 just a quick guide on what we ordered (which we also recommend, since we noticed the Japanese around us had ordered the same things): Momo - chicken Negima - chicken and leek Sasami - chicken breast (you can choose to have it with wasabi, cheese or ponzu) Buta - pork Shitake - mushroom Tatakikiyouri - cucumber

The siblings (we assume) mending the shop were extremely friendly and hospitable....

テイクアウトで2回目の利用。 前回美味しいと思ってから、その間に高評価のお店で知られメディアにも出るようになっていて、やっぱりという感じ。

もつ串4本頼みました。 前回はついてなかった気がする塩胡椒の袋、なかなかサイズがあってたっぷり使える。 これが嬉しい。 今回も美味しかった。

店の前で100円落としたので早い者勝ちですよ笑

2023.02.3.8 3回目の利用。 また塩でもつ串4本テイクアウト 近所だから最短で行けると要求して２０分後を提案され伺うと、焼きたての品を保温バックにゃ入れて待っててくれました。

こういうところですよね。リピートしたくなるって。

もつ串の頭についてる精肉がふっくらしていて。 テイクアウトして温め直したくない感じです。

結局温め直すより、買いに行こうということで冷め切った4本目が柔らかい。

もつ串160円、安くはないほうですが間違いないです。
