旭川に3店舗あるかつや。4条店はとにかく酸化した油の匂いが服についてどうしようもなく、しばらく行ってない。他2店は油臭は香るものの、服につくまでではなかった。さて今回は毎年恒例夏の感謝祭で、4品150円引きということで訪問。醤油と塩は言えば出してくれるが言わないと出して貰えない。ロースカツは120gでご飯は中盛り。腹八分という意味では良い感じの量かな。それよりもこの祭のためだけに作ったメニューは凄いね。コストかなりかかってるだろう、その分全体的な値段を下げてくれたら嬉しいんだけどそこもかつやの拘りなのかな？ご飯は後少し食べたいが並びにある牛丼屋併設店はおかわり自由。かつやはもちろん有料。なので、この量で我慢をすることに。全体的に味は美味しいが、どうしても松がつく店の方がコスパ良い気がしてしまう。調べたらカツのグラムも松の方が大きいみたいだしね。フェアが終わったらまた通常料金に戻るけど、4品限定で安くなるのは、フォーメーションの問題か、それともこの4品が1番利益率が良いのかは不明。次は例年だと暮れに感謝祭が行われるが、その時にまた行くかもしれないな。因みに知人はフェアメニュー以外を注文したら、嫌な顔された挙句、注文を受け付...
