(2025/08/31) Came here for a bit after 11 AM. I got 2 cakes: 1 peach and 1 strawberry. Total was arouns 1700ish yen. Cake was fluffy, moist, and the fruit was good. I'd like my cakes to be a bit denser to better contain the flavors, but overall this is way better than the cakes I eat in the Bay Area.

Everything is delicious! We were too full by the sandwich and omelette rice, in the end we could only eat two dessert. I’ll probably wanna come again for the dessert 😋 great service too. But there’s not a lot of seats so it might be a bit crowded on weekends.

10時半くらいに着いてしまって、カフェは11時からだと思いましたが、10時からも軽いお食事とデザートスペシャル、デザート以外は注文出来るという事で入りました。（目的はクレープシュゼットでしたので） アンリシャルパンティエの名前の由来は、ホームページによると 「アンリ・シャルパンティエ」というのは、19世紀に実在したフランス人の料理人の名前です。彼がイギリス皇太子のために考案した青い炎のデザート「クレープ・シュゼット」に弊社創業者（蟻田尚邦）が出会い、強く心を奪われたことがブランド名の由来となっております。 という事で、アンリ・シャルパンティエのサロンのスペシャリテはクレープ・シュゼット 季節のフルーツ（桃）とバニラアイスのせの季節限定品を食べて来ました。 クレープシュゼットはキッキンで仕上げてくるか、テーブルの前にワゴンを持って来て目の前で仕上げてもらうかを選べますが、当然目の前で仕上げてもらう事を選びました。 ワゴンが運ばれてくる前にテーブルの照明が落ちてフランベの青い炎が見やすいように演出されるのもとても嬉しい心遣いです。 いつのまにかアンリ・シャルパンティエは全国区のお店になりましたが、アンリ・シャルパンティエが好きな人は、せひサロンで店名の由来となったクレープシュゼットを味わう事をオススメします。
