Best Italian, Japanese fusion restaurant near Ajiro. We had the chef menu which started with an pre-appetiser (bruschetta), soup, 2nd appetiser (fish carpaccio), 3rd appetiser (cheese crisp with prosciutto crispy pizza), Italian-Japanese fusion linguine (smart use of freshest ingredients: white bait), main course (fish with clams dashi) & dessert (lemon ice cream with orange peel, watermelon, crispy chips). It was delicious, one of the best Italian meals I’ve had so far and the price is absolutely incredible. Chef was passionate and staff were extremely friendly and passionate about what they do. Let me tell you I don't give reviews often, but here I am at 4 am thinking about the amazing dinner experience I had at this wonderful Italian restaurant. Sanremo Solare is definitely my top ranked Italian establishment in Japan. Very interesting and wonderful tasting Italian food! The Italian chef was really sweet and kind! Understanding that we are non Japanese speakers, he patiently explained the full menu in English.
