九州豚骨醤油 鯉から竜 別府店 — Restaurant in Beppu

There was no English menu in the restaurant, so we spent a long time outside in the cold trying to figure out what each type of ramen was using Google Translate.

Once we entered the restaurant and looked at the menu displayed at the kiosk, we were stuck again because, aside from the main dishes, the rest of the items had no pictures. We had to spend a little more time figuring out what they were or meant.

We ordered the Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza. The thick, rich soup was excellent. Personally, I wish there was an option to choose the type of noodles. I prefer thin, firm noodles, and I find that the thick noodles get soggy after a while.

After using Google Translate, we also discovered that the condiments, rice, and eggs are not free, but with a small charge, you can have them unlimited.

Garlic chili, black garlic sauce, and ginger are available on the table, along with free water.

The noodles and broth of the ramen complimented each other perfectly . The broth is probably one of the best broths that I have tried ever. Not too salty, not too oily, not too strong, everything about the broth was just right. The thick noodles was able to carry the broth so that with every slurp of noodles you have some of that amazing broth. With that said, I didnt really like the egg as it was fully cooked through, and the meat wasnt anything special. No big deal though, the noodle and broth was so good that I would still definitely come back for another bowl of ramen!

Googleマップで確認した時より更に値上がりしてます。そして特製豚骨醤油ラーメンをチョイスしましたが、少食の私がそんなにお腹いっぱいになりませんでした。美味しくて素敵なお店ですが、やや割高かな〜と思いました。

ババアの長文。 運転中に眠くならないよう昼間の炭水化物を控えている。そんなに腹は減ってないが夜のこのチャンス、やはり食べたくなる。炭水化物をな。 23:00クローズ、ラストオーダーは22:30かな〜、「あ、もうお湯上げちゃったんで」なんて断られるかな〜 原付でトロトロ向かうと22:28、バンバンやってる。そこそこ混んでる。従業員は若くて元気で眩しい。

ホクホク顔で券売機をチェックするが前情報より値上がりしている。特製豚骨醤油ラーメン990円をチョイス。特製は具が多い。普段は絶対に頼まない。 到着！お、スープが多いタイプの丼だ！たまに円錐を絞った形のスープケチった店あるよね。 確かに九州醤油の効果で横浜家系とは違った風味だが、素直にうめぇなと思った。豚骨　が思ったよりしっかりしている。 チャーシューは低温調理の薄切りタイプでしっとりしている。私の好みはバラチャーシュー厚切りだがまぁ美味い。ネギはもう少し欲しい。 食べている最中にも客足が途絶えない。いつまでやってるんだ？？

具がたっぷりなので麺（炭水化物）を探しながら啜るのだが、あれ？もう無い？ 全く満腹ではないが…… むむ、具を食べても腹いっぱいにならないかも……替え玉100円と無限ライス100円……無限ライス行くかー！

口コミのニラニンニク醤油にチャレンジ。何だ？変な風味で好きじゃない。揚げ玉マヨ醤油は美味しい。玉子も海苔もチャーシューも白飯に合わせちゃう……スープを啜って白飯をかっ込んで……スープも完飲。丼の底に粉状の髄が残った。
