Misoya — Restaurant in Beppu

One of the worst ramen restaurants I have been to. The taste was below average and the service was terrible. I came there at around 2pm, there were no other customers in the shop. There were 2 staffs talking loudly and paid little attention to us. They came to take order with a very bad attitude. Also, you could only shout loudly to ask for service cuz there was no bell to call staff. No tissue is available at the table either. The worst thing is its toilet. Male and female are supposed to use the same one. There are chances that you open the door and some men in front of you are doing their business. There r so many bad things to say and I decided not to visit this...

Delicious miso-chashu men. Volume on the bean sprouts, but in a perfect amount. Miso base was light and matched what I wanted from my lunch perfectly. The gyoza were fantastic and full of meat. The shop has 30 years of history and I regret not coming here during the years I was a student in Beppu. Service was friendly...
