The host is very nice and the pork is the best I've had in my life. It's fried pork and it's very tender; it's kind of juicy inside and crispy outside. Most of the fried pork I had in Vancouver are pretty bad compared to this. I think they used a very special pork that has been specially processed in order to create such taste.
