Sukiya Route 58 Chatan Branch — Restaurant in Chatan

The worst Sukiya we have had to eat at. The place is at a bad condition and the staff is rude. The food is mediocre as the chicken was half cooked, not even close to the picture. It was dinner time and there was no one there. There were drive thru customers and probably didn’t know how it looked inside. We don’t recommend eating here. Avoid at all costs. The place was dirty and the staff looked like they didn’t care to clean or provide good service. This is a good franchise fast food restaurant as we have eaten at other branches and we love the food but this place has been left without care...

Inexpensive Japanese fast food. The food wasn't bad, but the atmosphere and service were horrible. I saw someone post about the peeling wallpaper. This wasn't too much of a concern. It was the dirty everything that was concerning. I watched one of the kid workers spill some ice water onto the floor. He grabbed some napkins to clean it up, and I watched as the white napkin turned a dark gray. After that, I noticed corners with piles of dirt. Great meals, cheap unagi (eel) compared to other restos. Season offerungs are also great. As this is a franchise, it will be the same with all other Sukiyas - the only gripe I have about this place is cleanliness , i just hate it when the table is not well cleaned and the floors are sticky.
