The hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel. My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay. The receptionist was very impolite. When told her that the service is terrible, she said sorry without even looking at you. And that’s all.
I arrive at around 2:30 pm but not allowed to go to room even the room is ready. While waiting at lobby I asked wifi password, she replied that you can only have it when you get in your room. What the hell!!
Language: can’t communicate anything in English. Seems not fluent in Japanese too.
Location is bit remote to American village. Actually was wrongly booked here when I wanna book Terrance garden hotel.
