家族連れが多いお店でした。

ランチメニューのセットが リーズナブルなため

私は塩豚骨＋鉄鍋炒飯のハーフ 妻は醤油豚骨＋鉄鍋炒飯のハーフの

ランチセットメニューをオーダー😺

15分位が経ってやっと鉄鍋炒飯が テーブルに置かれました。

少し遅いな？と思ったが 店内が混んでいるし仕方がない。

テーブルに置かれる前に熱せられた鉄板に

溶き玉子が注がれ、半熟になった頃合いで 炒飯に混ぜてみて食べましたが

鉄板の真中辺りでご飯が 鉄板に張り付いていてしまい剥がれない。

スプーンで擦ってみたが剥がれたご飯は 真っ黒に焦げていた😥

2分程経ってからラーメンが カウンターに置かれスープを

啜ってみましたが、かなり塩っぱい。 麺同士がくっ付いていたし😥

お客さんが店の外で待っているなど

人気店らしいけど、私達が再訪するかは 正直 言って微妙なところです😺

After about 15 minutes, the fried rice in the iron pot finally It was placed on the table.

Is it a little late? I thought The store is crowded and it can't be helped.

Rice is in the middle of the iron plate It sticks to the iron plate and does not come off.

I rubbed it with a spoon, but the rice that came off It was burnt black 😥

I tried to sip it, but it was quite salty. The noodles were stuck together 😥

Customers are waiting outside the store, etc.

It seems to be a popular store, but I wonder if we will return To be honest, it's a subtle place...

別のラーメン屋さんが撤退して、居抜きで始めたわりと新しいお店かな。 担々麺が無性に食べたくて、こちらに入店しました。とんこつラーメン屋さんでしたが、狙いの担々麺もあったのでそれを注文しました。 「ギョーザのドライブスルー」なるものもあったので、ギョーザもウリなんだろうと思いましてオーダー。3個、5個、10個の選択肢があり、3個を選びました。 店員さんは、若い人が3人。とても元気な挨拶と元気な接客。こういうこともウリなのでしょう。ただ、私にはちょっとオーバーな元気さで、もう少し控え目の方がいいです。 ギョーザはやや小ぶりで、餡少な目でしたが、味は良いです。 担々麺は、辛さを10段階で選べるとのこと。私は「フツーで」とお願いしました。 麺の上にはネギ、モヤシ、ひき肉など、具多めで見た目にもキレイで美味しそう！ 食べてみると、とんこつベースの担々麺で辛さがまろやかになっていました。これはこれで美味しいですが、最近本格勝浦担々麺を食べていたので少々物足りなかったです。 前述の若い店員さん方。接客は丁寧なのですが、私語が多い…。これ、結構こたえます…。このお店の一番のマイナスポイントです。 値段、味...
