The level of cutting is so low. Some sides are very thin. The plating is horrible. My otoro arrived looking very thin and sideways. The staff who cuts sushi seemed to not care anymore whatever they produce and lack experience. They should pay for at least one good sushi cutter who can teach and train these inexperienced newbies. The uni tasted already bad, like it’s rotten and very not fresh anymore. Please be careful in ordering.
Update: the lady staff was nice to offer to remove one of our plates. We didn’t have to pay for otoro because it was really thin. Because of her, I will change it to two stars instead...
