The nicest crepe we had in Hokkaido. An unassuming cafe with no real doors but plastic flaps closed tightly by two magnets. 😅 The cheerful service staff sure makes up for it by giving us a chirpy welcome. The crepes are crispier, especially crunchy when you bite into the centre where the layers overlay. The cream is rich yet light. We had the matcha and brûlée. I love the strawberry brulee which had an additional burnt sugar crunch to the crepes. Delicious! Will surely come back for more.

Other than crepes, the cafe serve burgers, tacos and fries too. Savoury too. The cold sure made...
