Horrible service experience from the manager. Dined at this restaurant on 11102022, before me and my girlfriend were to be seated the waitresses asked my GF ti put on a mask. She didn’t bring so they sold us one. One of the staff said put it on later for the salad bar. The older staff said to put it on now. This was fine and she was putting it. Being here for supper, close to Chitose station, less than 10 minute walk, several hotel around, so this place is quite strategic. We order burger steak, and delicious till the last bite.. Really value for money but pretty good quality steaks. Wagyu beef, rib eye, sirloin, top side. Free flow salads, soup, curry rice, drinks, deserts with some top up.

If you're spoilt for choices, no worries, get their combo of steak + hamburger + grilled chicken chop! Or a mix of rib eye / top side / sirloin.
