BO／Munchies＆Smoke Bar — Restaurant in Chitose

I’ve lived in Chitose for a couple of years now and this is our neighborhood spot, whether we have a raucous group of friends with us or we’re feeling down from the weather. The atmosphere is so welcoming with its warm yellow lights and wooden interior. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk to — ask about golf or surfing! Best of all the food is just comfort food to the max. I highly highly recommend either the taco rice or the smoked curry as your main dish. He smokes all the meat, fish, and cheese sold in the restaurant. If it’s available, also try the smoked chicken wings. The smoked cheese is great too, but maybe not what you’re expecting if you’re a westerner.
