I've never felt a need to write a review until now. The menu has many types of pasta that is served in a large amount. The parfaits are also very large. And they give you complimentary coffee before your meal. That's the only reason why this review is 2 stars. I do not recommend this cafe because the food is way overpriced and more importantly, the wait time for our food was way too long. It looks like they buy their ingredients from Costco. (See picture) They don't need very long to prepare. So why did it take 50 min. to make the pasta my friend and I ordered? (See picture) That pasta wasn't entirely cooked to soft noodles and it only had some oil and pepper, so it obviously only needed 10 minutes of preparation. Meanwhile, other tables received parfaits after parfaits (I guess this place is popular for its parfaits despite the numerous pasta options). 10~ minutes after my friend and I started waiting for our food, we saw a worker enter the cafe, make her own parfait, and slowly eat it entirely before we even saw our food. We didn't know enough Japanese to ask where our food was and we didn't want to offend, so we were waiting and waiting and very hungry. We felt that we were forgotten. Or worse, we were taken advantage of because we were foreigners. We don't know if its because we were foreigners, but when you see other people receive their food when they arrived after you...
