店員は私のカップにキャップをする前に手を洗っていませんでした。ひどい！おばあさんでした。

友達と一緒に行ったのですが、彼女はワッフルを注文しました。ワッフルは通常、上に蜂蜜やチョコレートをかけて食べますが、店員は忘れていたようで、友達は知らなかったので、何もつけずに食べてしまいました。スターバックスが蜂蜜やチョコレートを節約するのは恥ずべきことです。

私はシフォンケーキを注文しましたが、正直言って、それほど美味しくありませんでした。

The clerk didn't wash her hands before putting the cap on my cup. Disgusting! It was an old lady.

I went with a friend and she ordered a waffle. Waffles are usually eaten with honey or chocolate on top but the clerk seemed to have forgotten and my friend didn't know so she ate it dry. Starbucks saving in honey or chocolate is SHAMEFUL.

お店のお洒落な雰囲気や立地は文句無しに素晴らしい場所です。 土曜日のお昼過ぎとなれば混雑は当然でした。店内には行列、まあ中で勉強をしてる小学生がいたりするのでそれも納得、ドライブスルーも渋滞です。 スタッフの接客は丁寧で、メニューの作り方を先輩が教えながら提供していました。時間がかかるのも余計でしょう。 ここのお店だけの商品を頼みたくて行ったけど、それが全てsold outだったこと、出口専用の扉があって、外の席で飲み終わった後は容器返却が容易に出来ない(店内に続く行列のため)ことへの不便さに星４つです。 混んでなければ本当に通いたいくらい雰囲気は良いです。
