I think there are people around the world who are influenced by Korean food, and I am one of them, and I often choose Korean restaurants when eating out. I'm not so good at being spicy. Korean cold noodles are full of loose chicken and vegetables, which are healthy and easy to eat. The texture of the stone-roasted bibimbap is interesting if you mix it thoroughly and bake the charcoal...
