As a foreigner, I took the phone call reservation in Japanese with my real name. But when I arrived there with my friend, they checked my name then we were asked to wait. We waited like 40 minutes even we already reserved the seats in advance. During the waiting time, they let the Japanese guests have the seats first even they did not take the reservation. This is a horrible experience I had in Japan. If anybody see this content, Don’t be there...

まず、1番最初に案内してくれた店員さんの態度が酷かったです。一通りコースなどを決めた後、タッチパネルを1度タップしてくださいと言われたのですが、声が小さく聞こえなかった為に操作出来なかったものをイライラしながらタップしてくださいと言われました。お客様が理解できていないようなら、普通にすいません、そちらの画面を1度タップしていただいてよろしいですか？そう一言言えばいいだけではないのかな？と思いました。

広島府中店は来店するお客様の年齢層が若いこともあり、他の店舗よりもガヤガヤしていることを踏まえて、もう少し大きな声で言っていただかないと、耳の悪いお客様はもちろん、普通のお客様にも聞こえません。 接客態度というものを今1度確認してみてはどうでしょうか。

その他にもテーブルが汚く、お客様が自身のおしぼりでテーブルを拭いているのを目の前で見ているのにも関わらず、代わりのおしぼりを持ってくる事も、ふきんを持ってくる事しないなど気になる点がいくつもありました。そういったものすべてを含めて、同じ飲食店で働いているものとして、いい方向に改善していただきたく、クチコミに書かせていただきました...
