一丁ラーメン — Restaurant in Fuefuki

I got the Motsu don, もつ丼. Its one of the best meal i had. You cant fake good quality. The rest of our group ordered Tsukemen, Charsiu Ramen and Gyoza. Everything was great. But you know, taste is subjective. As for me, all food is good, some food are just worth more.

The shop is small, But the atmosphere is very homey, takes You back to a much simpler time.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the ramen here is amazing, and so fresh. The guys that run the place don't speak much English, but they're very friendly. The rice and gyoza are also great, definitely...

初の石和温泉で夕飯を探していたところ、大将が気さくに話しかけてくれたきっかけでお邪魔しました。 酒類の提供もありつつ、がっつり食事メニューもしっかり揃っていました。 国産馬刺しの扱いがあったため注文。 試してみて！と、醤油を2種類(通常のものと熊本の甘みのある醤油)と、おろし生姜とおろしニンニクを出してくれました。 (一人前での注文が出来ず)三人前単位でしか注文出来なかったので悩みましたが、食べやすくてペロリと完食でした。

台湾ラーメンは名古屋のものとは違い、優しい味わいでした。麺は細麺ですがしっかりコシがあり美味しかったです。
