茶房 カノン — Restaurant in Fuji

I stayed here for several hours while waiting for my family. My fiance and I drank three bowls of matcha and ate two bowls of warabi mochi while waiting. In this cold weather, the hot matcha and warabi was really soothing and I love the ambience and decorations. The female owner was very nice and accommodating. The matcha latte and warabimochi was very very slightly sweetened and it was perfect because it wasn't too sweet and the grassy matcha could still be tasted but it wasn't bitter. Kinako was in a bottle and you could pour as much as you wanted.

テーブルの真ん中に衝立があり、外してもOKで安心。

地元秋山園さんのお茶を使っている。 陶器アクセサリーなども売ってる。

米こうじ抹茶！？ 発酵あんこ！？ 地元神戸醤油店さんの米麹を使っている。

クリームあんみつは、粒あんor発酵あんこが選べるので発酵あんこをチョイス。 甘さは発酵あんこそのものの甘さ。 甘ったるなくて、ほんのり自然な甘さで美味しい！

黒蜜or抹茶蜜も選べる。 寒天は伊豆河童さんのらしい。 白玉も柔らかくて美味しい。

米こうじ抹茶は、麹の甘味がほんのりあるので飲みやすい。 美味しい！ お抹茶椀が選べるのも嬉しい。

富士の銘茶は4種類から春茗（しゅんめい）を。 香りと旨味があっていい！

わらび餅もきな粉じゃなくて抹茶ってところがいいね。 ねちょねちょしてなくて美味しい！

上生菓子は地元たかぎさんとの事。

地元富士市のお店の味が大集合。 素晴らしいですね。

満足！

マスク入れもカノンさんのスタンプが押してあってカワイイ♡ 緑（お茶の色）なのがまたいいですね。
